Scope of responsibilities: To provide a single, professional and bureaucratic-free point of contact for all installation and commissioning staff material queries and services.
Main responsibilities will include: To provide a fast track order process for field staff direct to customer site during the installation and commissioning period. Process installation requests using appropriate applications for product group To report and reduce queries by identifying recurring issues and reasons for ISC requests. Track all part requests using the excel spreadsheet. Provide accurate data entry. Provide interface with the customer. Liase in a professional manner with contacts, third party providers and customers. Remain up to date with new processes and procedures. Communicate effectively and professionally via telephone and e-mail. Meet SLA for response times. Accurately title and archive mails within Microsoft outlook. Attend and contribute e to training sessions. Follow Policies as per company handbook. Arrive on time to commence shift.
Key skills required for this position include: Excellent customer service skills Excellent English verbal and written communication skills The ability to work under pressure. Enthusiasm and commitment A commitment to working with others as part of a team Flexibility in hours Good keyboard skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, Email and the Internet. Experience of the Programme is essential.
